Welcome to the 2026 FOSS Auction Night.

We’re so excited to be launching this year’s auction and to share it with you ahead of what promises to be a brilliant evening.

First and foremost, a huge thank you to our incredibly generous donors and sponsors. We are so grateful to Robin Pierce Property, Brian and Brian, and Mathnasium for their support, along with everyone who has contributed prizes and helped bring this event together.

This year, we’re especially delighted to be partnering for the first time with The Hawthorn Pub, who will be hosting us on the night and keeping everyone well looked after – with delicious food and plenty to drink.

Every pound raised through this auction goes directly to FOSS, the organisation that helps make our wonderful school so much more than just an ordinary school. Thanks to FOSS, our children benefit from enriched experiences, resources, and opportunities that truly enhance their time at St Stephen’s. The funds raised through this event are a vital part of the FOSS yearly budget, so your participation really does make a difference.

A few helpful details:

• Silent auction winners will receive an email with FOSS bank details to make payment directly.
• We’ve built our very own auction website this year, meaning we don’t lose any percentage to third-party platforms (which feels pretty satisfying)!
• Live auction winners will be approached on the night by a member of the team to arrange payment. This will be in the form of a Bank Transfer (again to avoid losing any percentage of sales).
• Silent auction bidding has now opened and will close at 11pm on the night of the 7th of May.
