A striking original work by Ana Guilarte, Multicolour IV is a vibrant exploration of colour and emotion. A beautiful, contemporary piece that would bring colour and character to any space.
Ana, who many of you will know from school, holds a degree in History of Art and Conservation from the Complutense University of Madrid. Her work is rooted in abstract expressionism, drawing inspiration from artists such as Rothko, Pollock and de Kooning.
Through bold, expressive brushstrokes and rich, layered colour, this piece captures a sense of movement and feeling, an intuitive response to moments of intensity, stillness and energy.
